The gym had decent equipment. Nothing lovely, but it was acceptable.
The room got uncomfortably warm at night. I couldn't adjust the temperature. also, the lack of coffee from staff at breakfast was disappointing. i expected more from a luxury hotel, nespresso pods are not acceptable.

the hotel rooms were super clean i found the bed comfortable the bathroom had strong water pressure i enjoyed the wonderful shower. the location allowed easy exploration on foot i appreciated the quiet area near the city center. the staff offered extra umbrellas when it rained i found this thoughtful and helpful. i stored my luggage after checkout which was very convenient i valued this flexibility.
the room lacked temperature control i awoke warm during the night the windows were sealed and could not be opened.

The room included top quality products such as comfortable beds and super clean surfaces. Fresh towels were provided daily and i loved the nice shower. the room was silent and peaceful and i appreciated the wonderful design.

the front desk staff were helpful and kind ensuring all requests were met promptly and with a smile. i appreciated the attention to detail that helped create a warm atmosphere. every staff member displayed professionalism and genuine care.

the hotel offers a lovely restaurant with a bar where i could enjoy great cocktails and delicious meals. there is a rooftop lounge with amazing views perfect for sunset watching. the hotel provides access to a sauna .

The hotel's location was acceptable, offering convenient access to nearby restaurants.
The service I received was not satisfactory. I sent several emails before my stay, but I received no response. the in-room WiFi did not function. The reception provided no solutions or apologies, leaving me very disappointed.

the bed was very comfortable. i slept peacefully each of the two nights. the breakfast had many options for dietary needs. i enjoyed the fresh fruit.
the spa was expensive. i thought it would be included in the price, but it was not. the staff was not friendly. the rooftop bar could use some attention.

i found the superior double room i booked was the smallest room. there was not even room for two people.
